Ziegler Mobile Detailing - Terms & Conditions

By booking any service with Ziegler Mobile Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to protect both the client and the business and ensure the highest level of service possible.

1. Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and must be confirmed in advance.

Clients must provide accurate location details and access to the vehicle at the time of service.

If the vehicle is in an unsafe or inaccessible area, service may be rescheduled or canceled at our discretion.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

No-shows or failure to provide access to the vehicle at the time of appointment will also result in a $50 fee.

Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours prior to avoid this fee.

The cancellation fee must be paid via Zelle or Venmo before any future appointments can be scheduled. Payment instructions will be provided upon cancellation.

3. Weather Conditions

In the event of inclement weather (heavy rain, snow, extreme cold), services may be rescheduled to ensure safety and service quality.

You will be notified in advance and offered a new appointment time.

4. Vehicle Condition

Heavily soiled vehicles, including excessive pet hair, mold, or biohazards, may incur an additional fee or require service denial upon inspection.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle poses a health or safety risk.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the detailing service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns.

Our goal is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

6. Payment Terms

Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.

We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle.

Failure to pay will result in denial of future services and potential collection actions.

7. Liability

Ziegler Mobile Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle.

We take care to use professional-grade products and techniques, but clients are responsible for disclosing any known sensitivities or defects with their vehicle materials or finishes.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Ziegler Mobile Detailing reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including inappropriate behavior, unsafe working environments, or violations of these terms.
